We are open to serve you, answer questions, or schedule an appointment Monday through Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm.  Our Doctors are on call for true dental emergencies 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Our doctors provide complete dental care for children, and adolescents in the Routt and Moffat County areas. Our commitment is to be enthusiastic and excited about caring for our patients and promoting their lifelong dental health. The emotional and physical well-being of our patients is our number one priority and we strive to make our practice fun, safe and rewarding for them every day.

 

Appointments

Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. However, we are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment.  We appreciate your cooperation in trying to minimize these in order to better serve all our patients and their families.

It is our mission to provide you with affordable, high-quality treatment. We offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs, and accept the following payment options:

Insurance

We participate with many insurance carriers, and are a preferred provider for Delta Dental, Cigna and Medicaid. If your insurance covers dental treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Insurance policies vary and it is the carrier's responsibility to know and understand their plans' benefits.  However, we have a knowledgeable staff that will help you review your insurance to determine coverage. Once treatment has started, we will file your claims.  A pre-treatment estimate can also be submitted to more accurately estimate coverage.

 

Please remember that dental insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
